How the Scan & Report Flow Works (Quick)
Client buys a scan from the practitioner (or via your booking).
Practitioner sends the intake form link (GoHighLevel) — it collects name, DOB/time/city of birth, photo, health concerns, emotional history, expectations, and “who invited you.”
Practitioner either:
Runs the AO Scan themselves (Option 1: runs on their AO Scan device),
OR
Submits the client to Tami’s team via the delegate link (Option 2).
Scan is completed → report screenshots are generated and emailed.
Practitioner uploads screenshots to ChatGPT with the provided prompt to generate a warm, client-friendly report (the training covers this step in depth).
Practitioner delivers the report and offers next steps, coaching, or upsells.
Important tech detail: When running an AO Scan yourself, you must email the scan report at the end of the scan — AO Scan does NOT auto-save scans on the device.

Q: Do I need to be certified to run scans?
A: No medical certification is required to run AO Scans for client education; our training covers interpretation, client communication, and safe language to use. You are not diagnosing — you are providing supportive, energetics-based insights and next steps.
Q: How fast can I start?
A: Immediately after the $500 onboarding and your orientation call. If you choose Option 2, you can begin selling scans right away without tech purchases.
Q: What if I want to scale later?
